Laura N was unique and kinda special from Eli to Smile, sorta nuts too. Miles D thought she was shy but must of recognised the complexity of her compositions. This mix is eccentric. Out on her own I guess, some personal wild passion, made dollars as a songwriter for sure, I think her voice was probably slightly challenging then as it is now, Broadway crashing into the avant- garde.
