For a label synonymous with ethno-musicological field recordings and, well, folk music, Folkways sure did put out a lot of electronic and musique concrete albums - some of them really excellent. The record design often has a little bit of that characteristic Folkways look about it that I can only describe as a tad "dowdy' - but nonetheless some really appealing covers here.
